To this day, Windows Mobile still relies heavily on resistive touchscreen technology which is increasingly being left out to dry in favor of the potentials that capacitive display technology exhibits. The popular pinch gesture was born thanks partly to the rise of capacitive displays used by handsets like the iPhone and Palm Pre, but one Windows Mobile handset user has been vigilant in getting the pinch gesture to work on a resistive display.
