Karachi’s Bohra community came under attack on Friday when Saleh Mosque in the crowded Saddar area was targeted with a bomb.
A timed device, attached to a motorcycle, exploded when worshippers exited the mosque after Friday prayers.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and investigations are underway.
The attack was the first on a Bohra mosque in Karachi since an incident three years ago, in which seven people were killed.
