Saulat Mirza's wife says family under threat

The family of Saulat Mirza, residing in Karachi is reported to have received threats from as many as three different phone numbers, Mirza s wife confimed to Dunya News on Friday. The family of death-row inmate Saulat Mirza have started receiving threats from different sources. Talking exclusively to Dunya News, the spouse of Saulat Mirza told that she had been called by 3 different numbers who had warned her of dire consequences.

Never Met Saulat Mirza: Altaf Hussain

Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain early on Thursday responded to the serious allegations hurled at him and other leaders of his party including Babar Ghauri and Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad. Hussain stated that he had never met MQM’s worker Salulat Mirza in his life. He also stated that all these accusations have been made just to defame MQM and tarnish its image.
